In mid-October 2024, at the site of a ceramics factory with convenient transportation in Anhui Province, China, an RDF alternative fuel production line with an annual capacity of approximately 100,000 tons was successfully put into operation.
It is a “green factory” for recycling local solid waste and is also the first Harden RDF alternative fuel preparation system in the region that uses "waste textile + industrial solid waste" as raw materials.
In order to ensure the stable operation of the production line and the high-quality output products, Harden has adopted advanced solid waste treatment technology and intelligent processing equipment through in-depth research and precise analysis to scientifically screen all types of solid waste and refined crushing processing, which is providing a solid technical guarantee for the successful operation of the project.
This project uses the Harden DWS alternative fuel preparation system, which mainly combines large-scale environmental protection equipment such as "primary shredder, magnetic separation, wind shifter, sorter, and fine shredder" to separate incombustibles and impurities from solid waste.
And the final product is RDF alternative fuel with a high calorific value of less than 60 mm and an impurity removal rate of more than 95%.
The environmental protection company of the project said "The construction of the RDF alternative fuel project is not only a positive response to carbon emission reduction policies, but also a way to reduce the operating costs of coal-fired enterprises through technological innovation.
The Harden RDF alternative fuel preparation system is like a highly dynamic “green engine” can accelerate the recycling and reduction of local solid waste and promote the optimization of the energy structure to save coal and reduce carbon, which is very consistent with our future low-carbon development strategy.”
In the context of global demand for clean energy continuing to grow, alternative fuels, as emerging renewable energy sources, have increasingly highlighted their strategic value.
Harden RDF alternative fuel preparation technology focuses on the efficient use of clean energy and resources, provides integrated environmental protection equipment for environmental protection companies, and bring new vitality into the field of solid waste resource treatment.
