Turn Waste into Alternative Fuel! The Industrial Waste Recycling Treatment System has been Put into Operation.

Recently, one of the industrial waste recycling treatment system built by Harden has been put into operation.

The system adopts the process of two stage shredding and automatic treatment to transform industrial waste such as leather scraps, cloth scraps, waste paper slag, waste fabric and waste plastics into solid recovered fuel (SRF), which are then sent to coal burning enterprises such as cement plants and thermal power plants to replace overuse of coal, realizing the conversion of waste into fuel. 

Review the service process of this industrial waste recycling treatment system: from the early communication of the system, scheme design, construction and implementation, the service staff of Harden closely cooperated with customers throughout the whole process, providing high-quality service to customers, and finally realized the purpose of one-stop resource treatment of industrial waste into SRF.

At present, the production capacity of this system has reached 12-15 tons per hour, and it can produce nearly 100,000 tons of SRF every year, which basically solves the problem of disposal of industrial waste in surrounding areas, truly reduces the burden of urban waste management system, reduces the coal consumption of coal-burning enterprises, improves the operating profits of enterprises, contributes to the construction of waste-free cities and maximizes the value of solid waste.
