Summary
Recently, Harden leather scrap shredding system (two shaft shredder model TDH1216 and TD912) was successfully passed the inspection and now is working for the Wenzhou Hongze Thermal Power Plant. This kind of leather scrap industrial shredder has the largest leather scrap disposal capacity of similar projects in China at present. The production capacity of waste leather scrap is up to 20T / hour.

This kind of
leather scrap shredder consists of primary leather scrap shredder and
secondary leather scrap shredder. The differences between Harden leather scrap
shredder and the original equipment are as followings.
Both Harden's primary
leather scrap shredder and secondary leather scrap shredder are two shaft
leather scrap shredder, while the original leather scrap disposal line is all
quad shafts shredder.
Harden two shaft leather
scrap shredder are driven by hydraulic while the replaced line is by electric.

Compared with
four shaft leather scrap industrial shredder, structure of the Harden two shaft
leather scrap shredder is simpler, which makes feeding easier. Harden leather
scrap shredder comes with a high throughput of about 20t per hour.

Different from
the leather scrap shredder which is driven by an electric system, driven by a hydraulic system guarantees a more stable and safe operation.

With Harden leather scrap disposing system, bundles of leather scrap could be put into the conveyor instead of dispersing them as previously did, saving labor costs and improving efficiency in the meantime. Touch screen plus buttons improve the flexibility and reliability of the operation system, furthermore, one-touch start and auto stop greatly simplify the operation. The console is separated from the hydraulic station and the main control cabinet, it communicates with the main control cabinet via Ethernet, which ensures reliability and quick response.
